Due to the handmade nature of our work, variations in colour, finish, texture, and form are inherent and should be expected.

Many BODOSOM pieces are one-of-one or produced in limited quantities. Once sold, these items cannot be reproduced.

4. Pricing & Currency

All prices are listed in GBP (£) unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

Prices do not include shipping costs, taxes, or customs duties unless explicitly stated.

5. Orders

By placing an order, you confirm that:

  • All information provided is accurate and complete

  • You are authorised to use the payment method provided

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order for any reason, including suspected fraud or unauthorised transactions. If an order is cancelled after payment has been taken, you will be refunded in full.

6. Payment

Payments are processed securely via Stripe and PayPal.

We do not store or have access to your full credit or debit card details.

7. Shipping

Orders are shipped directly by us.

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on location and circumstances beyond our control.

Once an order has been dispatched, responsibility for delivery passes to the courier.

8. International Orders

We ship internationally.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import charges that may apply in their country. BODOSOM is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

9. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of our work:

  • One-of-one and made-to-order items are final sale, unless faulty

  • Returns are accepted only where required by law or where an item is defective

If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us at info@bodosom.com within 14 days of delivery, including photographs and order details.

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method.

10. Care & Use

Products should be handled and worn with care.
Detailed care information may be provided on product pages or upon request.

BODOSOM is not responsible for damage resulting from improper use, exposure to chemicals, or failure to follow care guidance.
