At BODOSOM, many of our pieces are created as one-of-one wearable objects or in limited quantities. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. One-of-One & Limited Pieces
Due to the nature of our work:

One-of-one and made-to-order items are final sale

We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, sizing, or personal preference
This does not affect your statutory rights.
2. Faulty or Damaged Items
If your order arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us at info@bodosom.com within 14 days of delivery.
Your message should include:

A brief description of the issue

Clear photographs of the item and packaging
If the item is confirmed to be faulty, we will offer a repair, replacement (where possible), or refund, in accordance with UK consumer law.
3. Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at checkout.
Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.
4. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
