Nothing in these Terms affects any statutory rights you have as a consumer.
1. About BODOSOM
BODOSOM is a London-based brand creating handmade jewellery.
Our pieces are individually produced and may incorporate hand-developed finishes and patinas.
2. Products
We make reasonable efforts to describe and photograph our products accurately.
Colours and surface details may appear slightly different depending on your screen or device.
Where stated on the relevant product page, photographs may show a sample rather than the exact finished necklace you will receive.
Because each piece is individually handmade and may undergo a hand-developed patina process, variations in colour, tone, surface and finish can occur.
These variations form part of the individual character of the jewellery.
3. Prices
Prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP/£) unless otherwise stated.
The price applicable to your order is the price displayed when you place your order.
Delivery charges and other applicable charges will be displayed before you complete payment.
BODOSOM is currently not VAT registered and therefore does not separately charge UK VAT on its sales.
For international orders, customs duties, import VAT or other destination-country charges may apply as explained in our Shipping Policy.
4. Placing an Order
When you place an order through bodosom.com, you are offering to purchase the selected goods.
You will receive an electronic acknowledgement or confirmation at the email address provided during checkout.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where:
- the product is unavailable;
- there is an obvious pricing or product-description error;
- payment has not been authorised; or
- we reasonably suspect fraudulent or unauthorised activity.
If we cancel an order after taking payment, the amount paid will be refunded.
5. Payment
Payment is required at checkout.
We accept the payment methods displayed on bodosom.com at the time of purchase. These may include major credit and debit cards and PayPal.
Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers, including Stripe and PayPal.
BODOSOM does not store your complete credit or debit card details.
6. Delivery
Orders are normally prepared for dispatch within 3–5 working days.
Delivery options, charges and estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout where applicable.
Further information is available in our Shipping Policy.
Where BODOSOM arranges or offers the carrier, the goods remain at our risk until they come into the physical possession of you or a person you have identified to receive them.
7. International Orders
BODOSOM sells to selected international destinations.
International customers may be required to pay customs duties, import VAT, taxes or other charges imposed by their destination country.
Unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout, these charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
International customers may also have mandatory consumer rights under the laws applicable in their country.
8. Cancellation and Returns
Consumers purchasing eligible goods online have cancellation rights as explained in our Returns & Refunds Policy.
For UK consumers, this generally includes the right to cancel within 14 days after receiving the goods without giving a reason. GOV.UK
Our Returns & Refunds Policy also contains the model cancellation form.
Nothing in these Terms limits statutory cancellation rights.
9. Faulty Goods
Goods supplied by BODOSOM must comply with applicable consumer law.
If an item is faulty, damaged or not as described, contact info@bodosom.com.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits your statutory rights concerning faulty or incorrectly described goods.
10. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, the BODOSOM name, branding, original product designs, photographs, graphics, written content and other original material appearing on bodosom.com are owned by or licensed to BODOSOM and may be protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits your statutory consumer rights.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
